Business Development Manager required for luxury holiday let complex located in the heart of the Cotswolds.

This position can be Hybrid with one day a week in the office. Part Time would be considered for the right person.

This is a relatively new business, so would be most suited to a forward thinking person who would love taking on a project and making it their own.  The plans are to increase the capacity with some exciting additions.

The key role will be to identify income streams, increase bookings across the channel partners, organically and via social media, google ads, etc.  The ability to identify new business opportunities and create strategies to reach new businesses is essential.  Someone who possesses a strong understanding of the company's products and those of the competition is a must.

The Person will be:-

• Fully referenced with a proven sales history
• IT confident with good social media skills
• Polite, easy to have around with excellent communication skills, written and spoken
• Reliable with a good work ethic
• A car driver to access the rural location
• Understand the routes to increase income
• Able to produce accurate forecasts for the business
• Able to collaborate with design and sales teams
