Estate Caretaker / Maintenance - Reepham, Norfolk - REF -RR1435 (Job offer stage)

Part time, Caretaker / Handy Person required for small, beautiful family estate in Reepham, Norfolk.

This a part time role offering 2 days a week.

Car driver essential due to rural location.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Clearing / maintaining / fixing gutters, fencing, doors, lights, basic plumbing
• General maintenance of the estate
• Painting and decorating as and when required
• House checks / security
• Ability to do odd jobs in and around the house
• Maintaining fixtures and fittings in the main house as well as two additional properties on the estate
• Maintenance of log stores and supplying houses on the estate as and when needed
