Full Time Administrator, Preston St Mary, Sudbury REF SP1712

Full Time Service Administrator required for Pest Control company located in the village of Preston St Mary- approx 9 miles from Sudbury and 5 minutes from Lavenham.

We are looking for someone to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm with the possibility of working a Saturday morning on a rota if desired.

The Position:-

• General Administration duties to include filing, record keeping and updating
• Answering the telephone
• Resolving incoming queries
• Day ticket raising
• Conducting area checks with technicians
• Dealing with emails, calls and face to face visitors
• Assisting with other functions as and when required
• Working in a small team of 4

• Reliable and a good team player
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Organised with the ability to prioritise workload
• Polite with good communication skills
• IT competent including intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Accurate with great attention to detail
• Able to work well with others, being flexible, supporting colleagues of all levels within a fast paced environment
