How our Job Board Works
Advertise Through the Larstone Job Board
Our Job Board service offers clients the flexibility to manage their own recruitment by advertising vacancies directly on the Larstone Recruitment website.
Once registered and signed in, you can post your job advert, which will be reviewed and approved by our team before going live. From there, you'll have full access to all applications, including the ability to contact candidates directly, download CVs and covering letters, view interview videos, and record your own notes—all within the Larstone portal.
We offer two packages
- Option One: £396 plus VAT - Adverts published on Larstone website, Indeed premium (#1, worldwide employment website for job listings), Facebook and Instagram.
- Option Two: £595 plus VAT - Adverts published on Larstone website, Indeed premium (#1, worldwide employment website for job listings), Facebook and Instagram, LinkedIn, Reed, Facebook boost, Instagram boost and The Lady online.

Both job advert options include
- Live job posting within 12 hours (excluding bank holidays)
- 12 weeks on Larstone Recruitment website
- 12 weeks on Indeed (Premium)
- 1 post on Facebook
- 1 post on Instagram
- Local, regional & global Facebook targeting

Step-by-step
- Complete the registration form with as much detail as possible.
- Ensure that you enter the correct email address so that all future correspondence and applications come directly to you without any issues.
- Enter the full job description making sure that the correct hours, days of work and job responsibilities are included.
- Salaries do not necessarily need to be displayed although it is advised.
- Once your payment has been processed, we will approve your advert. If any form of discrimination is documented, then an email will be sent to you asking you to amend the advert accordingly.
- Once your advert has been approved, it will be posted within 12 hours on the selected job boards (excluding bank holidays).
- From then on, you will receive candidates directly into your mailbox with the ability to respond straight away, you will also be able to login to our portal and review them at any point.
- You will have the option to shortlist candidates, schedule calls and face to face interviews, reject those that are not suitable and mark those that are.
