Groom/Rider - Hadleigh, Suffolk JF1974

Part time experienced Groom/Rider required for small, family yard located just outside Hadleigh, Suffolk.

We are looking for someone who can work 3 days a week – 8am to 4pm and possibly Saturday.

The current groom is sadly leaving after 12 years, so we are looking to find another person looking for a position with longevity.

The position will involve care of 3 horses (in work) which will include all yard work, clipping, plaiting, riding, feeding, tack cleaning etc to a high standard.

The new team member must be able to ride well and happy to hack fit horses, mostly off road in beautiful countryside.

Someone who can clip,plait and turn horses out to a high standard would be a great advantage.

You must be reliable, punctual and very easy to get along with and have a genuine love of working with horses (in all weathers)

A good salary will be offered to the successful person.
