Live-In Housekeeper / Grounds Person /Groom Couple – Lincolnshire- RR1978

An experienced and professional live-in couple required to support a private household in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity for a capable pair who enjoy rural living, are confident working independently, and bring a high standard of care to both the home and stables.

The ideal couple must love animals especially dogs, horses, chickens, sheep and alpacas. 

The Role:

Housekeeper Duties:

• Full housekeeping of a country home
• Laundry and ironing, including cupboard and drawer organisation
• Bed changing and linen management
• Regular deep cleaning and day-to-day tidying
• Emptying bins, stocking household supplies, and maintaining order across the home

Groom Duties:

• Daily care of Suffolk Punch horses
• Working alongside current Grounds Person and Groom 
• General yard duties (mucking out, feeding, grooming, turning in/out)
• Handling of youngstock and support with the breeding programme
• Driving the HGV to shows (willing to obtain HGV licence if successful)
• Monitoring horse health and liaising with farrier/vet as and when needed

The Ideal Couple:

• Prior experience in a similar live-in couple role
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work to a high standard
• Knowledgeable and confident around heavy horses, including foals
• Genuine love for country life and animals
• Positive, adaptable, and discreet
• Both must hold a full UK driving licence (own car preferred)
