Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), and Microsoft Ads (Search, Audience Ads).
  • Continuous monitoring and optimisation of campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creative to maximise client ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience.
  • Implement and manage A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution are in place to accurately measure campaign effectiveness
  • Analyse campaign data and generate regular performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Utilise Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present campaign performance results to stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including their features, best practices, and algorithm updates.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies in paid media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, sales) to ensure campaigns are aligned with other marketing initiatives.
  • While the primary focus is Google and Microsoft, the ability to manage or have experience within Meta and LinkedIn platforms is also important.
  • Support internal teams with other marketing tasks related to SEO and website management

Key Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with merchant center platforms.
