Housekeeper/Cleaner

Experienced Housekeeper/Cleaner required for private country house located approx. 7 miles south of Newmarket, Suffolk.

The hours will be 16-20 per week, ideally 4 mornings a week which will include Friday (could be over 5 mornings if preferred). A flexible attitude is key.

The Position:

• All housework to a high standard
• Laundry and ironing
• Spring cleans
• General tidying to keep the house well presented and clean
• Cupboard organisation

The Person:

• Reliable, trustworthy with a good work ethic
• Polite and easy to have around
• Experienced in all aspects of housework- vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms etc
• Experienced with laundry and ironing
• Will have a keen eye for the finer detail and take pride in maintaining high standards
• A car driver with own transport
• Animal friendly

A generous hourly rate will be offered to the successful person who can provide fully checkable references. An in date DBS will also be required.
