Full time, International Sales Account Manager required to join a fast-growing, passionate and collaborative British mobility manufacturer and supplier in Suffolk, whose one simple goal is to enhance the lives of the less able, achieved by inventing and building cutting-edge lifestyle mobility products.

The firm was founded in 2013 and now offers a growing range of products that help people move in style. 

The purpose of the role:

  • To promote the company’s products and services to existing international dealers and distributors
  • Successfully cross sell and upsell core products to existing customers
  • Develop sales programs that maximise international sales 
  • Grow the international geographical coverage of the firms’ products 
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to win business with new customers

Hours:

  • Full time
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8am-5pm (with flexibility either side)
  • No weekends

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, personable person who enjoys working within a team environment.  Always holding their colleagues in highest respect.  Someone orderly, efficient, and professional with a high level of speed and accuracy, attention to detail and excellent time management skills. This would be ideal for someone who works well under pressure and is quick to embrace change.  To contribute to the company’s goal for outstanding customer buying experience. 

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience with the ability and desire to sell
  • Be target driven, organised and maintain a meticulous in-depth knowledge of products and services provided 
  • Have the analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose solutions of benefit to the customer
  • Excellent customer service skills, being well-spoken and articulate with a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills, being highly computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
  • Excellent level of numeracy
  • A positive, confident and determined approach
  • Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • The skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • The capability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • The ability to demonstrate knowledge, skills, good judgement and integrity 
  • A demonstrable track record of successful account management in a Sales environment

Salary:

  • To be agreed and dependent on the person and their previous experience
