Experienced Content Creator / Marketing Manager required for family-owned, independent retailer located in Lowestoft. The company stock mobility scooters, powerchairs and a variety of daily living aids. They go above and beyond retail — delivering dignity, freedom, and independence. We are now looking for someone exceptional to promote and drive the incredible work they do.

This would suit someone strategic and driven — someone who understands the importance of tone, storytelling, and purpose in a sensitive sector. 

Overview:

An experienced Marketing Manager with creative flair to take ownership for a growing an independent retail outlet, creating content that makes a real impact. We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager with strong graphic design skills, ready to shape campaigns, drive leads, and elevate this brand across digital and physical channels.
If you're a self-starter who can combine marketing strategy with eye-catching design, this role is your chance to build something meaningful.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, design, and execute creative marketing campaigns that generate leads and boost sales
• Manage and optimise Google Ads to deliver measurable results, using your good understanding of Google Analytics
• Track enquiries using Hubspot and track performance within the Company CRM system. Use these insights and data to refine campaigns and improve performance
• Maintain and improve our WordPress/WooCommerce online shop
• Write clear, compelling copy for product pages, adverts and monthly email campaigns
• Manage and update eBay listings to maximise visibility and sales
• Run engaging social media campaigns that build brand awareness and customer loyalty
• Design marketing assets – from web banners to social posts – using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite

Yours Skills and Experience:

• Experience in marketing and graphic design (with a strong portfolio)
• Possess a good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in using WordPress/WooCommerce online shop
• Strong SEO, Google Ads, and analytics skills
• Experience with email marketing tools (like Mailchimp)
• Experience of working within CRM systems such as Hubspot
• Excellent writing and content creation abilities
• Organised, proactive, and results-focused
• Product photography or video editing experience would be a desirable bonus

Who You Are:

• A marketer first, with a strong grasp of digital channels and strategy
• Confident in graphic design, able to create polished, on-brand visuals
• Experienced in Google Ads and campaign analytics
• Familiar with WordPress/WooCommerce and basic site content updates
• A strong writer who understands how to persuade and convert
• Knowledgeable in managing eBay listings and digital storefronts
• Social media savvy, with a good sense for trends, tone, and timing
• Organised, proactive, and ready to take ownership of your work
