Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our guest journey—answering enquiries, managing bookings, and creating engaging content for our social media platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and online.
• Managing reservations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
• Creating and scheduling social media content to promote stays, events and seasonal offers.
• Supporting proactive marketing campaigns and promotional content creation.
• Assisting with on-site show rounds and supporting sales of group bookings and packages.

What we're looking for:

• A confident communicator with a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong writing and visual content skills for social media.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking.
• Ideally, experience in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
