Maternity Nurse

We are looking for a wonderful, highly experienced Maternity Nurse to support a lovely family in Thornham, Norfolk, throughout the month of September.

The family have a beautiful 3-month-old baby girl and, due to work commitments, are seeking night-time support to ensure everyone gets the rest they need. They already have a full-time nanny during the day, so this role is purely focused on night care and routine building.

At present, the baby typically wakes just once for a feed around 5am. The family would love someone who can gently encourage her towards sleeping through the night, providing reassurance, guidance, and a calm, structured approach.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent overnight care for a 3-month-old baby
• Bottle feeding during the night (usually one feed)
• Supporting gentle sleep training and routine building
• Ensuring the baby is settled, happy, and content throughout the night

The Ideal Candidate

• Extensive maternity nursing experience with glowing references
• Warm, caring, and calm with a gentle approach to babies
• Knowledgeable in sleep training and newborn routines
• Reliable, discreet, and supportive

Location: Thornham, Norfolk
Dates: Saturday 6th September for 4 weeks
Nights: Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (7pm – 7am)
Rate: £22 per hour
