Maternity Nurse (January 2026 Start)

A lovely family based near Thornham, Norfolk, are expecting their first child towards the end of January 2026. They are seeking a highly experienced, calm, kind and patient Maternity Nurse to provide night support for a minimum of 1 month (with the possibility of extending to 2 months) ideally 3-4 nights a week, most likely Sunday - Thursday. 

The mother has experienced complications throughout pregnancy and would greatly value support from a professional who can provide reassurance, expert care, and loving attention to her newborn while she recovers and adjusts to life as a new mummy.

Responsibilities include:

·        Night feeds, changing, settling and winding

·        Ensuring the baby is cared for safely and lovingly

·        Supporting a first-time mother with confidence and guidance

Requirements:

·        Extensive experience as a maternity nurse with excellent references

·        Up-to-date enhanced DBS check

·        Gentle, caring, and supportive approach
