The Role:
Reporting directly to the Head Chef, you’ll lead the pastry section, crafting exquisite desserts, pastries, breads, and afternoon tea offerings that reflect the standard and spirit of The Marquis. You’ll play a key role in menu development, presentation, and consistency — ensuring each creation delights both the eye and the palate.
As the F&B operation continues to evolve, this is a wonderful opportunity for a talented and ambitious pastry chef to make their mark with their own ideas, flair, and artistry.
