Customer Services Advisor - Lavenham

Full Time Customer Services Advisor required for one of the leading insurance companies in the UK. This is a great opportunity to join a growing, successful team based in the beautiful village of Lavenham, Suffolk. Easy access from Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, Hadleigh and Bildeston.

The hours will be 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday . The successful person will be offered 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, free on site parking and a wonderful countryside setting to work in. The salary will depend on experience and an entry level candidate may be considered.

The Position will include:

• Handling general enquiries, including new business, policy alterations and renewals.
• Establishing customer needs and assisting with solutions from the company product range.
• Processing mid-term adjustments and inviting renewals.
• Selling insurance policies and proactively looking for ways to offer other company products where possible.
• Introducing the range of Financial Services and Risk Management products to new and existing clients.
• Supporting team members in the management of key accounts.

The Person:

• Polite, well presented with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Reliable and punctual with good interpersonal skills.
• Will demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and a positive outlook.
• Will have the drive and energy required to provide a fantastic customer service experience to existing and prospective clients.
• Will be a proficient IT user and able and willing to learn new systems, products, processes and skills.
• A good team player with brilliant problem solving ability.
• Organised and able to manage and prioritise a busy workload.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Grace C in GCSE Maths and English
• Cert CII or above would be desirable but not essential.
