Gardener/Driver

Part Time,Live In Gardener/Groundsperson/Driver required for private household located close to Cambridge (7 miles approx) with easy access to Newmarket too.  Regular trains to London from Cambridge so ideally situated for travelling to the capital. You will be required to work 15 hours a week,

We are looking for someone who can manage an established garden, carrying out weeding, pruning, restocking, strimming and general gardening tasks. The ability to maintain lawns using large garden machinery is essential.

An experienced car driver with a clean full UK driving licence is a must as driving the family at times will be required.

Extra hours (3 days) can be offered on the owners nearby farm if required.

The Position:

• Maintaining lawns using large garden machinery
• Keeping the gardens neat and tidy throughout the year
• Driving the family on occasions
• Cleaning the cars
• Caring for 3 small dogs in owner's absence

The Person:

• Reliable, punctual and experienced with all gardening duties
• Polite, well presented and personable
• A car driver with a Full UIK licence
• Will have the right to work in the UK certificate
• Will have an in date DBS
• Dog friendly

The successful person will be offered a part time salary along with a small, cosy cottage (all utility bills paid) and use of a truck.
