A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a highly regarded and well-established commercial property team based in Norwich.

This is a varied and engaging role within a professional yet friendly office environment. The team is close knit, supportive and dynamic, and they are looking for someone who will become a valued long-term member of the department.

This is not simply a desk-based administrative position - it is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, thrives on organisation and takes genuine pride in delivering a high standard of service.

The Role:

Working alongside senior members of the Commercial Property and Finance team, duties will include:

  • Dealing confidently with enquiries from Clients, Tenants and contractors
  • Arranging periodic property inspections and managing the associated administration
  • Timetabling tasks on property management software, arranging works and monitoring contractor progress
  • Issuing Service Charge Statements of Expenditure and Budgets
  • Maintaining accurate property and data records
  • Managing insurance renewals and ensuring internal records remain up to date
  • Overseeing utility contracts and arranging meter readings
  • Ensuring Health and Safety documentation is updated and retained
  • Updating lease event dates
  • Obtaining and maintaining Money Laundering documentation

You will also assist the wider commercial department with additional administration as required.

This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, 9.30am–5.30pm. No weekends.

This role would suit someone who:

  • Has previous administrative experience (property experience beneficial)
  • Is proficient across Microsoft software
  • Has a confident, polished telephone manner
  • Is diligent, well organised and able to multitask
  • Manages a varied workload effectively and calmly
  • Presents themselves professionally
  • Has shown loyalty and stability in previous employment
