Part Time Recruitment Consultant - Suffolk / Norfolk- REF 1264 (On Hold)

Rural Recruitment are looking for a part time recruitment consultant to join the team.

This is a remote position although someone based in Suffolk or Norfolk would be preferable to make team meetings easier.

We are looking for someone to become an integral member of our business and help it continue to expand. There is plenty of scope in the role for an ambitious, driven and reliable person. Opportunity for more hours is certainly a possibility.

15- 20 hours a week plus extra hours to cover staff holidays and school holidays. 

Core Hours:

3.00pm -5.30 / 6.00pm (Monday- Wednesday)

5 hours (Thursday)

3.00pm -5.30 / 6.00pm (Friday)

The person needs to have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience of building good relationships
• A polite, friendly, approachable and professional way about them
• Brilliant IT skills, capable of learning how to use/navigate in-house systems and job boards
• A good use of the English language and grammar
• Knowledge of the equine industry (paramount)
• A discreet and confidential manner
• Excellent professional references

The Role:

• Registering new clients and candidates
• Sending out terms and conditions of business
• Using bespoke, in-house CRM system to log all data / correspondence
• Liaising with clients and candidates from all walks of life
• Writing adverts
• Posting adverts on various job boards
• Arranging interviews and trial days/periods
• Obtaining references and DBS checks
• Negotiating salaries, working hours
• Arranging start dates and checking that both client and candidate are happy
