Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Nanny/Mother's Help to provide exceptional childcare in a warm and engaging environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safety, well-being, and development of 3 children under 5. This role requires someone who is not only passionate about childcare but also possesses the ability to educate and engage children in various activities.

The busy farming family are located in a rural environment close to Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk

The family have horses, ponies and other pets, so an animal lover essential and someone with a horsey background would be a great advantage but not a dealbreaker. Someone who will encourage the children to enjoy the great outdoors, wellies, hats, coats ready for some fun.

During Term Time a start of 7.30 am will be required, however during school holidays this can be more relaxed. The main requirement from the new Nanny is that they can be flexible with hours and days to cover changing schedules etc.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Plan and implement educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Engage children in play, arts and crafts, and outdoor activities to stimulate creativity.
• Prepare meals and snacks that are nutritious and appealing to children.
• Maintain a clean and organised environment for the children.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and any concerns.
• Provide transportation for children when necessary, including school drop-offs or pick-ups.

• Previous experience in childcare or nannying is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English is essential
• A full UK driving licence and own transport
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with children and parents alike.
• A genuine love for working with children, along with patience and creativity in engaging them.
