Chef de Partie – The Marquis Suffolk

Following an exciting expansion — including the launch of there wedding and events offering — they are now seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team.

You’ll work under the guidance of the superb Head Chef, contributing to a forward-thinking culinary vision that celebrates the finest local ingredients, elegant presentation, and modern British flair.

About the Role:

As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, preparing dishes to the highest standard, maintaining precision, and taking pride in every plate you serve. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas, creativity, and passion — helping to shape the evolving food offering at The Marquis.

The Person:

• A confident, skilled Chef de Partie with experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, or fine dining environment
• A genuine love for food, seasonality, and presentation
• The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and progress
• A commitment to excellence in every detail

The package:

• Competitive salary of £28,000–£30,000 (depending on experience)
• 48-hour working week
