Following an exciting expansion — including the launch of there wedding and events offering — they are now seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join their growing kitchen team.
This is an inspiring opportunity to become part of a dynamic, creative team at a truly exciting time in their development. You’ll work under the guidance of the superb Head Chef, contributing to a forward-thinking culinary vision that celebrates the finest local ingredients, elegant presentation, and modern British flair.
About the Role:
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take responsibility for your section, preparing dishes to the highest standard, maintaining precision, and taking pride in every plate you serve. You’ll be encouraged to bring your own ideas, creativity, and passion — helping to shape the evolving food offering at The Marquis.
