Housekeeper/Cleaner

Part-Time Housekeeper – Private Country House located in Kenilworth, Warwickshire

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Housekeeper to join a well-established private household located near Kenilworth.

We are seeking a reliable, trustworthy and highly capable person to take on this important role and maintain the exceptional standards of the home. You will work alongside another housekeeper who covers the remaining days of the week, ensuring seamless continuity.

Hours: 12–14 hours per week (part-time) over 2 days

The Position:

• Full housekeeping duties carried out to an exceptionally high standard
• Laundry and ironing, including the careful handling of specialist fabrics and fine clothing
• Wardrobe care and organisation
• Food preparation as required
• Occasional assistance when the family entertains
• Feeding and letting out the family dogs (a genuine affection for dogs is essential)
• Household shopping and errands
• Receiving deliveries
• Supervising tradespeople when necessary
• Occasional weekend work to look after house and dogs when Principals are out for the day

The Person:

• Proven experience within a private household environment
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Discreet, dependable and able to work independently
• Warm, friendly and easy to get along with
• Flexible, with a 'can do' attitude
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential (rural location without access to public transport)
• Excellent references
