We are looking for a Skilled Hard Landscaper to join an award winning landscaping construction team located near the Suffolk/Essex border. With several recognised awards and a highly skilled team, the company offer an amazing supportive workplace to thrive in with clear pathways for training and career progression.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

Pay: £33,500 - £37,000 annually (depending on experience)

Travel across: East Anglia, Cambridgeshire & London (Travel time paid in addition to standard 40 onsite hours)

With an exciting and growing pipeline of work across East Anglia, Cambridgeshire and London, the company are looking for a skilled and passionate Hard Landscaper to join the expanding team.

The Role:

As a Skilled Hard Landscaper, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out high-quality hard landscaping works independently or as part of a small team
  • Setting out works accurately using drawings and specifications
  • Delivering projects to a high standard, on time and to specification
  • Liaising effectively with Team Leaders, Project Managers, and other trades
  • Identifying and communicating any issues or concerns promptly
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards
  • Complete weekly timesheets
  • Representing the company professionally at all times on site

The ideal person:

  • We’re seeking motivated, experienced landscapers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing, quality-driven company.
  • 2–3+ years’ experience in landscaping
  • Strong hard landscaping skills, including paving, brickwork, footings, and small retaining walls
  • Ability to read technical drawings and set levels accurately
  • Experience operating machinery and plant (e.g. excavators)
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes
  • Good Health & Safety awareness (CSCS card desirable)
  • Full UK driving license (towing license advantageous)
