Skilled Hard Landscaper

We are looking for a Skilled Hard Landscaper to join this award winning team located near Bures, Suffolk/Essex border

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

Pay: £33,500 - £37,000 annually (depending on experience)

Location: East Anglia, Cambridgeshire & London

Travel time paid in addition to standard 40 onsite hours

The Role

As a Skilled Hard Landscaper, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out high-quality hard landscaping works independently or as part of a small team

Setting out works accurately using drawings and specifications

Delivering projects to a high standard, on time and to specification

Liaising effectively with Team Leaders, Project Managers, and other trades

Identifying and communicating any issues or concerns promptly

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety standards

Complete weekly timesheets

Representing the company professionally at all times on site

What We are Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated, experienced landscapers who take pride in their work and want to be part of a growing, quality-driven company.

What you will have:

2–3+ years’ experience in landscaping

Strong hard landscaping skills, including paving, brickwork, footings, and small retaining walls

Ability to read technical drawings and set levels accurately

Experience operating machinery and plant (e.g. excavators)

A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality finishes

Good Health & Safety awareness (CSCS card desirable)

Full UK driving license (towing license advantageous)
