Caretaker/Pet Care/Security

Part-Time Live-In Caretaker /Pet Care Person required for private household with equestrian facilities located close to Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.

We are looking for a reliable, experienced and genuinely dog-loving individual for a part-time live-in caretaker position in a beautiful rural location near Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire.This is a unique opportunity offering on-site one bedroom accommodation . Sorry no pets 

The Position:

The position involves approximately 3–4 hours per day (including weekends), with 1–2 weekends off per month. Flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing experienced, attentive and loving care to the 3 family dogs
• Being present on-site to provide security when the family are away
• Occasional driving for the family members (full UK driving licence essential)
• General oversight of the property to ensure everything is neat and tidy ( assisting grounds person )

The person:

• A genuine love of dogs with a proven experience in their care
• Responsible, trustworthy and discreet
• Practical, hands-on and proactive
• Confident driver with full UK licence and own transport
• Comfortable working independently
• Happy to assist with a variety of light caretaking duties
• Experience with horses would be an advantage but not a dealbreaker
