An experienced, professional family based in West London is seeking an exceptional live‑in (or out) nanny to take on a valued, long‑term role caring primarily for their 5‑year‑old child.

This is a premium, full‑time position suited to a career nanny who thrives on responsibility, flexibility and variety. The role offers a strong daily routine during the school week, combined with after‑school care, enriching activities, and consistent support during periods of travel or increased work demand.

Due to the nature of the parents’ schedules, the family is looking for a nanny who is highly reliable, calm under pressure, organised and proactive, with a genuine commitment to providing stability and continuity. A confident, capable presence in the household is essential.

Alongside sole‑charge care, the role includes light household coordination and child‑related administrative support, such as liaising with the school, arranging appointments, overseeing laundry and organisation for the child, and helping the household to run smoothly.

The family enjoys spending time away and there will be travel opportunities several times per year, both within the UK and internationally. Flexibility and a genuine enthusiasm for travel are key.

A private bedroom is provided for the nanny within a well‑maintained home. The family values their nanny as a trusted professional and is committed to building a long‑term, respectful working relationship in a warm and welcoming environment.
