Groundsperson/Handyman

Part Time experienced Groundsperson/Handyman required for private estate located in Kenilworth, Warwickshire.  We are looking for someone who can work 2 full days a week with the possibility of another day further down the line. The ideal person will drive and have their own transport as there is no public transport close to the property. A commute of less than 45 minutes would be preferred.

The Position:

• Lawn care using ride-on mower and push mower
• Raking leaves , grass and clippings etc.
• Car cleaning
• Driving for the family
• Basic plumbing repairs
• Generel painting
• Fencing
• Mechanical skills would be a bonus
• Tidying around the property and wider estate

The Person:

• Reliable, punctual with an excellent work ethic
• Well presented, polite and easy to have around
• Will previously held a similar position
• Within 45 minutes drive of Kenilworth
• A car driver with full, clean UK licence and own transport
• Experience with using and maintaining large garden machinery
• Happy to drive for the family at times and clean the cars
• Skilled in basic plumbing, general painting and other DIY tasks

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful person who can provide fully checkable references from a similar role.
