*Job now under offer*

An exceptional PA/EA is sought to support two dynamic and accomplished principals within a beautifully run private office in North Norfolk.

This is a highly trusted and varied position, ideally suited to an experienced assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment and takes genuine pride in bringing calm, structure, and seamless organisation to busy lives.

The Role:

Working in close partnership with both principals, the successful candidate will become an integral part of their private and professional world, ensuring that everything behind the scenes runs effortlessly.

This is far more than diary management. It is a true private office role, requiring discretion, anticipation, and a natural ability to stay one step ahead.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Meticulous diary and schedule management, coordinating complex and often fluid commitments
  • Booking and managing frequent international and domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries
  • Supporting the smooth running of the home office, including administration and document management
  • Acting as a key point of contact, liaising with agents, advisors, and professional representatives
  • Overseeing expenses and financial administration with accuracy and care
  • Managing family logistics, including holidays and personal arrangements
  • Providing thoughtful support with family pets
  • Coordinating closely with estate and domestic staff
  • Assisting with a range of errands and ad hoc requests

The Setting:

Set within the beautiful North Norfolk countryside, this role offers a rare balance of flexibility and hands-on involvement.

While there is excellent scope for remote working, approximately 50 to 70 percent, the role does require a local presence for meetings, errands, and in-person support when needed.

The Person:

The principals are seeking someone polished, discreet, and highly capable, an individual who understands the nuance of supporting at this level.

You will be:

  • A highly experienced PA/EA, ideally with HNW or private office experience
  • Exceptionally organised, efficient, and detail-focused
  • Calm under pressure, able to juggle competing priorities with ease
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and proactive, with a naturally intuitive approach
  • Warm, personable, and adaptable in a close working relationship
  • Confident managing both professional and personal responsibilities with equal care

This is a rare chance to secure a beautifully balanced, long-term role within a respectful and engaging environment.

Offering both flexibility and variety, it provides the opportunity to become a genuinely valued part of a private household, where trust, loyalty, and discretion are truly appreciated.

Hours:

  • Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week
  • Hybrid working model, 50 to 70 percent remote
  • Salary, competitive, dependent on experience

For the right individual, this is far more than a position, it is a role of trust, offering flexibility, variety, and the chance to support two engaging principals in a uniquely rewarding setting.
