Private Nanny, (Live In)- London with UK travel

A super opportunity has arisen for an experienced and dedicated private nanny to join a warm and welcoming family based in London. This is a full time, live in, sole charge position, ideally suited to someone seeking a long term role within a kind, respectful and well-run household.

The family are a busy couple looking for someone they can trust implicitly to provide consistent, nurturing care and support for their school aged children. They offer a fantastic working environment where you will be valued, supported and genuinely welcomed as part of the family.

The role involves full responsibility for the children’s day to day care, ensuring their happiness, wellbeing and routines are maintained to a high standard. You will naturally bring calmness, positivity and a warm, engaging presence, with a genuine love for working with children.

Key responsibilities include supporting school routines, preparing healthy meals, maintaining tidy and organised spaces for the children, and creating a fun, structured and caring home environment. A willingness to muck in and take a proactive, helpful approach is essential.

The family are London based but travel both within the UK and abroad, so you must be happy to accompany them on trips, including countryside and coastal holidays.

The ideal candidate will offer:

• Proven experience working as a private nanny within a similar household setting (minimum of 3 years)
• A warm, happy and smiley personality with a positive outlook
• A caring, kind and attentive nature
• A natural ease with children and the ability to engage and support them confidently
• High levels of responsibility and reliability
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to support the household where needed
• A genuine love of working with children
• Confidence driving, a driver is essential
• Comfort around pets, as the family have animals
