Housekeeper- Daily

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Housekeeper to join a professional household team in a significant private country house, located close to Northampton.

This is a full or part time, live-out position, working Monday to Friday, either full days or mornings only

Working alongside the Head Housekeeper and another daily Housekeeper, you will be working with the team to manage the housework  to the highest standards, ensuring all areas are immaculate, organised, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full housekeeping duties throughout a large private residence
• Laundry and ironing, including the care of specialist and delicate fabrics
• Making and preparing family and guest bedrooms to a high standard
• Maintaining cleanliness, presentation, and organisation throughout the property
• Regular deep-cleaning tasks and seasonal housekeeping projects
• Ensuring all areas of the home are consistently maintained to the highest standard

The Ideal Person will have:

• Reliable, punctual with an excellent work ethic
• Polite, well presented and lovely to have around
• Previous experience working within a private household
• Excellent laundry and ironing skills with knowledge of specialist fabrics
• A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine pride in their work
• A professional, discreet, and reliable approach
• The ability to work effectively as part of an established housekeeping team
• Must have own transport and live within 40 minutes of Northampton
