General Assistants - Housekeeping & Café Staff - Luxury Wellness Retreat

Full Time, Part Time and Seasonal Positions Available

 We are looking for happy, well-presented, and genuinely lovely people to join the team at a beautiful wellness retreat this summer.

Whether you have a background in housekeeping, hospitality, or simply bring a brilliant attitude and a natural flair for looking after others, we would love to hear from you.

These are hands-on, varied roles, and no two days will look quite the same. Depending on where your strengths lie, you might find yourself preparing beautiful and unique bedrooms to an impeccable standard, keeping communal spaces looking their very best, or working in the retreat café, serving guests with a warm welcome and a perfectly made coffee.

What the roles involve:

Housekeeping, keeping guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and all areas of the retreat clean, tidy, and beautifully presented. Stripping and making beds, polishing, replenishing, and maintaining the high standards that guests expect from a premium wellness environment.

Café and hospitality, serving teas, coffees, healthy drinks, and food to retreat guests, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring every guest feels genuinely welcomed and well looked after throughout their stay.

What we are looking for:

You will be someone who takes pride in the little things, who smiles naturally, and who understands that in a wellness setting, the atmosphere you bring into a room matters just as much as the work you do in it. Whether you are looking for full-time hours, part-time shifts, a summer season, or something longer term, these roles can be shaped around the right people.

Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is that you are reliable, well presented, and genuinely enjoy looking after people.
